THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO CULINARY ARTS.

The adrenaline, the speed, the buzz, the guests; the restaurant can be everything a chef lives for. No night is the same and nothing beats the feeling of victory after a night of nonstop ticket calls.
But what happens when you realize that there is more to life for you? What happens when there are so many other passions you want to fulfill but working twelve-to-sixteen hour days in the restaurant seems to be all you do?
If there is one thing I learned during undergrad, it was to not limit myself to living the restaurant life.
You see, I learned more about myself the more I worked in restaurants and endured the many upsides and downsides. It is an industry that can make or break you. Some even say that you will find out if you truly love the culinary world once you've worked on a line.
Needless to say, I'm still in the game for a reason. However, in such a more personally-rewarding way.
I teach Culinary Arts & Nutrition... to 10, 11 and 12 year olds.
